We do not collect any financial information. All payments are made in person at the clinic (cash or UPI). We do not process online payments.

4. WhatsApp Communications

Our appointment booking and reminder system operates through WhatsApp. When you message us at +91 91819 14735, your messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours. We use your WhatsApp number only to communicate about your appointments and care at our clinic.

We do not share your personal or health information with any third party, except:

• With a referred specialist, with your explicit consent.

Our appointment booking system is powered by VyaparX, a technology service provider. VyaparX processes only appointment-related data (name, phone, appointment time) and does not have access to your clinical health records.

6. Data Retention

Patient clinical records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of last treatment, as recommended by the Dental Council of India. WhatsApp message history is retained as per WhatsApp's default storage policies on our device.

If you would like your contact information removed from our appointment system, please message us on WhatsApp and we will process your request within 7 working days.

7. Security

Clinical records are stored securely at our clinic premises and are accessible only to authorised clinical staff. Digital communications are transmitted through WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption.

8. Children's Privacy

We treat all patients, including minors, with the same privacy protections. For patients under 18, appointment bookings and communications are generally handled through a parent or guardian.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:
