1. About Us

Odonto Care Dental Clinic ("Clinic", "we", "us") is a dental practice operated by Dr. Abrarul Haque Hannan, BDS, registered with the Assam State Dental Council (Reg. No. 2277-A, valid to 31 March 2029). Our clinic is registered under the Clinical Establishments Act 2010, Government of Assam, and holds a valid trade licence issued by the Sibsagar Municipal Board.

Clinic address: Babupatty, Mridul Path, Ward No. 12, Sibsagar, Assam — 785640, India.

2. Services

We provide dental consultation, diagnosis, and treatment services, including but not limited to:

• Dental Implants
• Root Canal Treatment
• Dental Veneers and Crowns
• Teeth Whitening and Cleaning
• Orthodontic Treatment (Braces & Aligners)
• Tooth Extractions and Oral Surgery
• Paediatric Dentistry
• Preventive Dentistry and Routine Check-ups

Treatment recommendations are made entirely at the clinical discretion of the treating dentist after examination. The information on our website is for general awareness only and does not constitute medical advice.

3. Appointments

Appointments are booked through WhatsApp at +91 91819 14735. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your name, contact number, and dental concern.
• Arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
• Give us at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

4. Payment

All payments are to be made in person at the clinic at the time of service. We accept cash and UPI. We do not accept online payments, and we do not store any financial or payment information.

Treatment costs will be communicated to you before any procedure begins. For multi-session treatments (e.g., implants, braces), a payment plan will be agreed upon before the first session.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. In brief:

• Cancellations with 4+ hours' notice — no charge.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in the appointment slot being offered to another patient.
• Rescheduling is always welcome, subject to availability.

Since we do not accept advance payments, there are no refunds applicable for appointment cancellations.

6. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate medical and dental history, including any medications, allergies, or prior conditions.
• Follow post-treatment care instructions provided by the dentist.
• Return for follow-up appointments as advised.
• Not misuse the WhatsApp booking system for spam or unrelated communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dental treatment involves inherent clinical risks that are explained to you before any procedure. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of these risks. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service rendered.

We are not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete medical history provided by the patient, non-compliance with post-treatment instructions, or factors outside our clinical control.

The information on our website is provided in good faith for awareness purposes. We do not warrant its completeness or suitability for any specific condition. Always consult a qualified dental professional before making treatment decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, the Odonto Care logo, and design — is the property of Odonto Care Dental Clinic. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sibsagar, Assam.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
